Dearest Munnamashi
Thank you for being such a wonderful, warm, vibrant person and thank you for always making me feel so comfortable and loved in your presence. It was in your house that we first celebrated our engagement and your home was where I could bring my children, knowing they would be loved and accepted. You laughed when Ravi chased your dogs around your dining table (for hours!), giggled when he gobbled your ice cream and were big-hearted when he vomited in your bed! You were always a source of chatter, wisdom and inspiration and I will never forget your huge smile and even bigger hugs.
I pray you are now resting in peace.
With love always

I am I and you are you, whatever we were to each other that we still are.
Speak to me in the easy way which you always used.
Why should I be out of mind because I am out of sight?
Life means all that it ever meant, it is the same as it ever was.
